This pot took me to Heaven.. it's my first time owning a 3ply stainless steel pot.. I did got to YouTube for info on how to use.. my first dish came out perfect.. sorry I don't need 2 like this ..heat distribution perfect.. slow cooking great taste.. cooking on slow to medium I got no sticking..I recommend this .. it's work your box..it is a must have for those doing quantity food..great quality recomend..bit heavy.!!

Difficult to wash.

The wok is not too heavy and I like that it has 2 short handle instead of a long handle. The thickness of the wok is little less compared to my All clad pot, but still it's good. The size of the wok is large. Great for big families.

2nd used, already has stains all over, can’t even washed off.. wasted my money for this! Will not buy again!!

I really like this wok. I do a lot of stir fries and usually use a frying pan but it is always awkward as my ingredients want to escape from the pan and a pot means unevenly cooked food. This wok is more like a frying than most woks which gives it a lot of versatility. I can use it for most things a frying pan is good for as well as stir fries. I even boiled some shrimp in it just for fun and then sautéed them in butter and Cajun seasoning. It allowed for me to use just the wok instead of a pot and a frying pan. It was a little awkward but worked.I’ve got a tiny 2 burner counter top unit which makes cooking a bit hard. This wok is huge and way bigger than my burner size. I found the wok did well at staying evenly heated despite the fact a good portion of it wasn’t on the burner. That being said it is a little hard to store in my tiny kitchen but worth it given the added dishes I can cook with it. It’s a nice thick wok with plenty of depth and cooking is a breeze with it. No uneven spots and everything got nice and hot with 0 charred spots. This wok makes my frustrating countertop stove not feel like the uneven tiny thing it is.
