These are soft and comfortable on your heels and actually add noticeable height. Anyone who is short should get these so that you can get taller and not look so bad being so short.

Uncomfortable and Impractical
I put these heightening wedge insole socks on, walked a few steps both barefoot and in dress shoes, and immediately decided to return them. They’re uncomfortable, impractical, and don’t seem durable enough to last through many uses. Overall, not a good product.
