With this product, I still eat popcorn a few times a week (Jolly Time only; ww suggestion), I still drink a few cocktails a week, I drink 9 glasses of water a day, fish, scrambled eggs, a tuna fish sandwich every day for lunch, baby spinach sauteed in coconut oil, I do the cranberry life cocktail, etc. (see the Fat Flush Plan book) I also have the Fat Flush Plan cookbook. I went by the Fat Flush Plan book and purchased both the PURE unsweetened cranberry juice (Mountain Sun $10 for 32oz) I'm so pleased that this product works so well and seamlessly. I don't have to eat some weird food or take a ridiculous amount of pills every day...been there done that, won't be doing that again ever!
