Best Cushion
This massager is best for massage while sitting at home , in car, laying on bed and it really works well for neck and back pain. The heat feature feels relaxing and helps reduce stiffness. It gives good massage pressure and provides comfort after a long, tiring day.

This massager is very good for pain relief. Machine is very easy to use. Just plug in and start. The heating function is also very nice and warm. The rollers move perfectly like a real massage. Best thing is we can use it in the car also. If you have body pain definitely buy this one.

Quality is good. Works well
It's works well for our back pain. But when we put more pressure on the machine it works slow and not comfortable. I always get foot pain. I tried keep my foot on top of the machine while sitting in the chair. But we wnt getvthe grip and our foot slips so it dint help me. We can adjust speed as well. For back pain , calf pain we can keep comfortably. Overall good product. It's works fine .

Disappointed
Unsatisfied with the product, the balls are producing too much to outside and hurt in the process. No or extremely little heat emitted as promised. The shape isnt very ergonomic either. Tested Beatxp product before buying this- that was good, unfortunately wasn't available. Worst part is this product isnt returnable. Waste of money, useless buy.

The massager is easy to use and feels relaxing. It helps reduce neck and back pain after a long day. The heat feature makes it more comfortable. I have a lot of pain in my neck, and it works perfectly.

Make belt more stretchable and a bit longer
This is good product for who are suffering from backache. The belt is not long enough and doesn't stretch to an extent which can fix in the chair? That is drawback
