Great alternative to alcohol for non-drinkers
Excellent and classy alternative to alcohol. The packaging was gorgeous, and would make a beautiful present/housewarming gift to non-drinkers - loved that it also included recipes for mocktails. As a person who rarely drinks, I would definitely offer this as a non-alcoholic alternative if I were hosting a party. The bottle is beautifully designed, and honestly, it does taste a bit like the real thing. Very smooth going down, a little spicy with a hint of sweetness, and it doesn't have that "fake" taste or an unpleasant aftertaste. I would recommend to serve it chilled, without ice (can mix with sparkling water - I liked mine plain, my mother liked hers sparkling). I appreciated that the ingredients included were natural, and felt I felt more relaxed after I finished my glass. In my personal opinion, this has been my favorite non-alcohol alternative I've tried, and I would definitely both gift it and serve it if I wanted to make a good impression.

Awesome Stuff
This stuff is just freaking awesome!! The flavor and aroma is bold and pungent but not over top. Alluring, it draws you in and leaves you wanting more. The warmth of the cardamom, the spice of ginger, the smokey accents of palo santo and finally the calming jolt of Lions Mane make for the perfect storm. Word of advice….mix it with URELAX Pineapple for the ultimate mocktail.

Surprisingly Satisfying for a Non-Drinker!
As someone who doesn’t drink alcohol, I’m always on the lookout for non-alcoholic options that feel like more than just juice or flavored water. I was intrigued by Little Saints St. Ember, especially with its mix of adaptogens, botanicals, and lion’s mane mushroom. First impression: The bottle itself looks premium, and the aroma is unique—earthy, slightly smoky, with a hint of citrus. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the flavor, but wow! It has a rich, complex taste with a subtle warmth, almost like a whiskey alternative but without the burn. The palo santo gives it a slightly woody, grounding feel, and there’s a natural depth that makes it feel more like an experience than just a drink. I tried it over ice with a splash of sparkling water and a twist of orange, and it was delicious. If you’re looking for something truly unique and not overly sweet, this is a winner. I appreciate that it’s sugar-free and actually feels like it’s doing something good for my body rather than just being a mocktail. I’ll definitely be keeping a bottle on hand for when I want something special.

Little Saints
I truly enjoyed this product. I used it for my ancestorial alters but I also tasted it to make sure it was a good fit for my alter. It had a nice flavor to it and the fact that it was nonalcoholic is nice as well since I can't drink at this time. The size of the bottle and the price was perfect. I will be buying this product again once I use up the bottle I bought already. I also liked the fact that is sugar free being that I am a diabetic this was perfect for me as well. Not usually into nonalcoholic drinks but I definitely liked this one and it was worth the price for the size of th4e bottle. Went down smooth also.

Okay taste; no "buzz" as advertised
In the Q&A section of this listing, the question is asked: "How will St. Ember make me feel?" The response is: "St. Ember may make you feel super engaged, giddy, and present in the moment." I don't really feel based on the ingredients added that you'd be able to feel any kind of buzz from it. I gave it a shot, though, and my husband tried it, too. Neither of us got any sort of buzz or focused feeling -- not even a super mild, caffeine-like buzz. I didn't love the taste, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be based on some of the reviews. My husband actually thought the taste was decent, and he drank both his and the remainder of my drink. Either way, though, I think even if I had liked the taste more, without any kind of buzz, I wouldn't have a reason to pay this much for an alternative to an alcoholic drink. But I am saying that as someone who was more interested in this for the "functional mushroom" aspect. I don't really drink much in the first place, so it might be different for someone who does, and wants to reduce how much they drink.

Makes a great scotch mocktail
Exactly what I was looking for! I've been trying to create a mocktail with a flavor profile similar to a complex scotch, or a spicy old fashioned. I also wanted real "calming" health benefits. I mix 2 shots of St Ember to 1 shot of three spirits nightcap - and it came out pretty good! The mix is a bit strong on the pepper flavor but the St Ember levels it out. I'm going to continue to experiment. But it's a great base for mocktails. I also tried some by itself and it's pretty good solo too. Just keep in mind these non alcoholic alternatives are botanicals and won't ever be exact 1-1 taste wise. This is the closest match to the flavor profile spectrum I've gotten for a scotch/whiskey like night cap. I know there's also a St Oak...but I tried St Ember first because I'm looking for the smoke flavor that's more scotch whiskey than bourbon whiskey in my mix.

Taste is ok, sleeping better
I had no expectations taste wise, so it has a herbal taste to it that I don't mind. However when drinking this before I sleep, it knocks me right out. Ive been sleeping better and deeper for days now
