As a college student, this backpack has been a good fit for me. Carrying loads of books and a laptop (weighing approximately 15-20 pounds) to school, this backpack outlasts any other backpacks that I had. Most of my older backpack ripped somewhere at the bottom after only a few months of use (due to the sharp edges of my books and binders). However, this one is built with a thick layer covering the bottom. This backpack by ProEtrade does quite well according to my expectations. The overall backpack structure is made of a durable material with padded compartments. The strap is comfortable and contains these padded looking massage protrusions. This backpack is ideal for summer as there are two lines of padding in the back, which allows ventilation. There are three main compartments. The inside compartment is padded to hold a computer or a tablet while the outer compartments provide plenty of rooms to contain loads of books and school supplies. In addition, the size of the roomy compartments can be adjusted by the two straps on the right and left sides of the backpack. Moreover, the backpack works as described. The lining is made out of waterproof materials. I doubted that it is waterproof in the beginning. However, after testing it with my shower head a few times, I find it to be waterproof as described. Thus, I found it ideal for me to safely carry my laptop and other electronic devices in this backpack. In addition, the thick padding at the bottom and the back helps to further secure my laptop. Interestingly, this backpack has a pocket with a zipper and a plastic hole to let me charge my phone while carrying this backpack. The backpack is also spacious enough to help me carry my folders and binders without worrying about not being able to fit all my papers in it. Furthermore, the side straps help to adjust how much space available to hold my items. The whole backpack is good quality, durable, and well-made. The price is very reasonable and affordable considering the quality. Overall, it is padded well and the back is lined with breathable mesh padding. I have no other qualms or complaints about the backpack and am quite satisfied with it. Overall, I give this product five stars.

Good size for overseas travel and the materials and zippers appear to be good quality. The charging port is not particularly useful but it doesn't get in the way. I think this is a better bag than Jansport at less than half the price.

But they held up very well with all the books that he had to carry. He enjoyed the fact that there was a chargeable port on the side of the backpack. All you had to do is have a power bank for all the cords and everything else that you needed for it had plenty of pockets and plenty of space for all of his stuff, he did not have no rips tears. Anything that I had to sew back together or until the end of the school year other bags that I bought at Walmart or target this book bag held up.

I bought this backpack as a replacement for a Swiss Gear model that I had problems with the zippers coming off track and breaking. I’m concerned about the zippers on this backpack. They are hard to open and close. They also don’t seem too sturdy. I give four stars because it’s light weight. Although it has fewer pockets than my previous backpack, I was able to transfer just about everything to it. It’s lighter even with the same stuff. I also like the charging port. ****UPDATE 7-19-19***** It's been 10 months since I purchased this backpack and it has been holding up very well. My concern about the zippers has been eased. These zippers are much more sturdy and work better than the SwissGear I had before. The design and quality of the backpack has been put to the test and I give it an A+.

Bought two of these for my college student twins. My daughter absolutely loves hers. So far it has been a very good fit. It holds all necessary class books, a laptop, and notebooks. Plenty of room and storage with all the pockets. The backpack seems to be well made and smartly designed. All zippers and pockets are well sewn and easy to operate. It is comfortably padded on the shoulders but very light weight to carry. Only time will tell on how it wears but from initial appearances it should last through the college years. Overall the backpack is made of a durable, lightweight material and has padded compartments, especially for the laptop pocket. It also has a velcro strap to keep the laptop in place inside the pocket. The other pockets all seem to be sized well enough for books and notebooks. There are smaller pockets for pens, keys,etc. Overall a very nice backpack that I'd recommend for school or other activites.

Lots of storage space and pockets. The straps feel sturdy and comfortable. Color and print are cool looking. Unsure how to use the charger or if something additional needs to be purchased to use it? I'm thinking we need a charging block thing, I'll have to look into that more. This backpack should hold up throughout the school year.

The backpack has held up well after one year of use. The only failure was one of the mesh beverage holders failed where attached. I used this backpack for a year of college. Has seen rain and snow. It required two city buses each way to and from school, which is hard on any bag. Since I take the bus to school, this bag has been overstuffed to the point that zippering was difficult. . Unlike students who drive to school or live on campus, I had to pack everything needed for the day. The only regret is I paid $37.99 for this backpack a year ago and now it is priced at $28.99. I am going into my second year with the backpack. I will post again a year from now with if it has lasted.

My teenager chose this and loves is. Only downside is the front strap is so high on the chest that he can't use it. Regardless, definitely worth it. Holds some pretty heavy binders!

I tend to buy bigger bags and full them to the max, then my back hurts. This bag is the perfect size for me, my vertical lunch bags fits in it too. I have an operated scoliosis and my bag is always heavy when I go to work. I donated my cute bag and bought this one. It is very comfortable, the most comfortable I have ever bought to be honest.

Great strong bag to go to college . My son loves it . Perfect.

Great Bookbag. My daughter uses it in Grade 8 and works great! Not too big but fits lots of things. She wanted one with a water bottle holder and this one works great for that.
