After I turned 50, I started to notice things off with my body, but my daily routine had not changed in anyway. I noticed a reduced libido, low energy, shrinking muscles, mood imbalances and my body started holding onto excess body fat. After talking with my doctor and running some blood test I was shown to have high estrogen levels. It wasn't super high, but high enough to account for the issues I had been having. The experience has been great! My wife and I are on hormone replacement therapy. I was on it before her, but using a mail-order service that in the end was messing me up, not monitoring my labs and how much my body was converting testosterone to estrogen (guys are aware of this, your labs are vital to your success with hormone replacement therapy) I searched for a new resource, we go to a local facility that used natural pellets for identical testosterone. My wife received treatment first, wanted to see how she took to the process. She had zero testosterone and progesterone, she only had a very small amount of estrogen. Her body absorbed the testosterone very quickly and took off like a rocket, when she went back in for labs her Estrogen was through the roof, she had crazy mood swings and she had massive headaches. I began my search to find a DIM product as instructed by the practice. The catch-22 is that I was told to stay away from anything that had the black pepper extract as it causes trouble in the stomach and the backside, my wife already has stomach issues due to her lower back problems. I found this product and took a chance. It has done very well. Her estrogen is in check as of the last 2 labs and counting. I think I will have to double my dosage as I just went back in for labs a week ago and learned my level was back up to 32, so I will take 2 per day now. The pellets used for replacement therapy usually come with a blocker built in, but they are on backorder the last couple of rounds so I am using the pellets without. Also, this product is a cancer preventive so double the reason to take it. The practice we go to did research on this product and have been recommending it, as it is way less than half the cost of the product they have in-house. Maybe you will get some new customers out of that. I did try another DIM I had bought for myself before this purchase, I don't have stomach issues like my wife, and it still messed me up with the black pepper extract. As soon as I started to take this blocker, the issues in the bathroom went away. I am sold on this product and will be purchasing this on a subscribe-and-save basis, thank you!

Purchased estrohalt 3 weeks ago to deal with acne and mild gyno due to being on TRT. It stopped the progression of the gyno and also has helped the acne start to clearl up. I got a second bottle to see its further effects. I wanted to try this before going the prescription route. I take 2 a day one in the am and one in the pm to keep the levels stable. I have experienced no ill effects other then your urine color is guna look dark yellow. Also make sure you take a good multi vitamin, eat properly, get good sleep, exercise, and drink atleast 3/4 of water. This well all help you see results.

Just started on my second bottle. Thus far I’ve noticed a reduction on the fat around my waist and better sleep quality. The bloating and abdominal swollen sensation is gone. And also I’ve felt a slight increase in energy throughout the day. I will continue to take it as I expect other areas of my health to improve as well. I certainly recommend this product.

Do I order this supplement? It doesn’t work and all it does is make it harder to pee. After a week of taking it, I threw it in the garbage pail. Do not take this supplement. It is not good for you. It should be taken off Amazon. And they make me jump through hoops to return it. So that’s why mine is in the garbage. Freaking scam.

This is my honest review as a supplement reviewer/ junkie lol. Degree and Certified Exercise Phys/Specialist and NSCA- Trainer. I have used other more expensive products before and this brought better results than those! I regularly lab test due to my use of Rx testosterone. As some of you may know, an increase in testosterone will result in increase in estrogen. It is just the bodys natural response and must be combatted with anti aromatase (anti estrogen) to avoid unwanted side effects. After testing yes indeed estrogen has been supressed very well! No major changes in mood. No major body composition changes but slight increase in energy. Slight aggression increase compared to normal but I take advantage in the gym of that. My appetite has been supressed quite a bit but i don't know if it is due to this or not, however I go longer periods without noticing hunger since I started this. Again, not sure. It could be a combination/interaction of this and other supppements I am taking. Anyway. Just got back into weight lifting after some time off. Started Estrohalt and noticed my joints aren’t as sore after heavy lifting days. Energy level is better and sleep is too. Going to continue using for another 30 days and possibly increase dosage to see any more positive results.

So far the pills seem to be working well with zero side effects. I will continue using them as part of my daily routine.

I’ve used this product for the last three weeks and have found that I’ve a bit more energy, have lost reasonable weight around the belly and chest seem to have shrunk a little. My diet hasn’t really changed that much so at this stage, it appears to be very encouraging using this product. I have also been exercising a little more frequent as well

I am a satisfied customer with Estrohalt. The pills are easy to take. I have already noticed that the sag in my ‘moobs’ is less pronounced (no crease); furthermore, I have experienced a decrease in belly bloating. I'm looking forward to seeing what the weeks and months ahead hold for this product.

I am on trt and my estrogen level are getting high, making me feel bloated, moody and retaining more water. After a few weeks taking estrohalt I started feeling way better, noticeably less bloated and with more energy. So far I am very happy with the product.

I am very happy with this incredible product. It does what it says it suppose to do. I have a lot more energy, I sleep muc better and my Moobs are litteraly melting day after day. I didn't think it was goingto be so good. I higly recommand it. Patrick
