These are very easy to take, added them to my morning stack. Only taking one a day, same with quercetin and fish oil. Supposed to get positive results on my hair, per the studies. As far as did I get rejuvenated in the few weeks I’ve been taking it- not too sure. When my eyesight is back, then I will know it. If I notice any rejuvenation signs, will update this review. Noticed few eyelashes on one eye getting longer.
