Had trouble, support fixed it, super thin with loud alarm.
I usually hate wireless-charging devices, but this one worked great just charging on the back of my phone in "battery-sharing mode." I had an awful time getting it paired to the app -- it paired to Google Find Hub immediately, which means it would be usable, but I wanted the firmware update the app would provide. Nothing I did worked. So I did something I usually despair of: I wrote the support address. I expected a useless reply from a bot, but imagine my surprise when a human (shout-out to Valeria) actually wrote back promptly and clearly. I tried her steps, got the same result, wrote back and she wrote back immediately with a clear step-by-step factory-reset method, and everything worked fine after that. I wish it had just happened smoothly, but this is top-one-percent support right here. I can't speak for the longevity or reliability of the product itself, but I can tell this is a GREAT company. Also, I have a Tile "card' and this device is much thinner, WAY louder and I can actually recharge the battery. (When the Tile battery goes, the device is over.)

Tracks for a few days, then it stops working, even after factory resetting.
Does not work at all. Got this to track my wallet. Setup was fine at first (didn't pair to Find Hub), but I was able to factory reset it, and then Google Find Hub recognized it. It was tracking location fine for the first few days, then it went silent. Location wouldn't update at all. Factory reset again. Location worked again for a couple days, and it, again, stopped tracking. Not reliable at all, would not recommend.

Pebblebee Card 5 vs Chipolo Card
TLDR: The short answer for me personally is that I prefer the Card 5. It has a QR code that you can configure in the Pebblebee app. When somebody scans it, you can relay a message to them. I have it display my phone number so my lost item can find its way back to me. Longer review: Purchased this a couple of months ago and use it with the Apple Find My network on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. It's loud enough and the battery has lasted for over a month with no issues. I also purchased a Chipolo CARD to carry in my bag. I bought that one last week alongside a Chipolo LOOP. Both have Bluetooth 6.0, but the Pebblebee is only Bluetooth 5.4-compatible. The Chipolo supports Bluetooth 6.0, so you get Channel Sounding as a feature. I don't know if Apple's Find My network supports channel sounding quite yet, but my phone doesn't so this doesn't matter to me. The Chipolo app allows you to configure left-behind alerts, which is great if you're on Android as the Find Hub does not give you that option. Since Apple's Find My does, I don't need this feature. The Chipolo lacks the QR code that the Pebblebee has printed on it, which means it's less likely that a stranger will be able to return your lost item. This is more important to me than channel sounding, as that's effectively a vaporware feature in February, 2026. As far as I can tell, these card trackers both lack NFC, so it's not like somebody could hold the device to their phone to trigger a similar sort of effect to said QR code. The Chipolo probably makes more sense for you if you're an Android user, however, the lack of a QR code on the Chipolo means that I ultimately prefer the Pebblebee.

Worthless garbage
Absolute garbage. I've been trying to link it to my phone for hours now. There are no instructions in the box other than a link to the website. There are no instructions for trouble shooting should the instructions on the website fail. There are no options to trouble shoot other than doing a factory reset, and there is no way to confirm the reset worked. There is no way to completely start the install process over, which means there is no way to ensure you're getting a clean install if it failed to install correctly the 1st time. Worthless.

confusing instructions, very thin, wireless charging, will buy again
Worth 5 stars but only giving 4 due to confusion on instructions. It is very thin only slightly thicker than a credit card. I tried every thing to get it to work. Finally had to charge it with wireless charger. It then made a series of beeps and some hidden led's lit up. It was about 3/4 charged already. It does not have any plug in ports. There is a very slight bulge on the front of the card - that is almost imperceptible. Go slow looking for it. Once I found the sequence of presses to pair it, then it connected easily and has been working great. I like that it can be recharged with a wireless charger. I would and will buy again.

Nice and thin Pebblee Card
The Pebblebee Card 5 is very thin and I am so happy it can use wireless charger for charging. Used to have older version Pebblebee cards and always need to search for the USB charging cable when it runs out of battery. Very Nice fit into my wallet and so thin that I am using extra caution not to break the card.

Echoing what other users are saying. Phone detects device, but will not add to Find Hub no matter how many restarts, factory resets and reconnections. Completely unusable.

5 stars at the moment. I've just used my Pebblebee Card 5 during a business trip to Italy and it performed perfectly. It was very easy to set up on my Android phone.
