Al ser un alcohol cambia la textura de los panecillos al hornear. Estos se desmoronan muy fácilmente. Estoy usando la mitad de erythithol y la mitas de stevia, con eso se solucionó el problema.

Nice and sweet very fine powder easy for baking bread cakes and buns . I also put it on Greek yogurt . Big packet value for money . ( out of stock now though . .... Hope to get more soon

I bought this while doing the keto diet so I could still enjoy baking and of course eating my favorite treats with slightly modified recipes. This stuff is great! I would recommend getting the regular granulated version as well, as powdered sweetener is not the best for all recipes, but this was amazing for making keto frosting, to use as a dessert topping, and for glazes. You can also use it for cookies, cupcakes, and pies but I found the granulated version worked better for those. It is not as sweet as regular powdered sugar, but has a nice light sweetness and flavor. This will save you from missing all of your favorite treats!
