Item delivered on time and fitted perfectly

Nothing wrong with the product but I paid £6 extra for one day delivery and the item was sent by Royal Mail 48 hr delivery and took 4 days to arrive from ordering. Made various attempts to contact the seller to obtain a refund for the additional delivery charge, but all have thus far been ignored!

Arrived ahead of schedule. for want of £12 hopefully get another couple of years out of the machine before something major fails. Fitting was a bit of a job since the You Tube video i followed was not exactly the same model. Was a hidden near inaccessible screw on this Bosch Clasix model. was worth it though

Great belt but a nightmare to fit to the bosch tumble dryer. Managed it in the end!!

The speed of delivery cannot be challenged - it was superb. Unfortunately after following their very helpful online video (see youtube channel for e-spares) and taking the dryer to pieces, I discovered that the belt was TOO big for my model by about 8-9cm. I am following this up with them to see if they have accidentally sent the wrong belt and I hope to get a positive result. To date, however I have a dryer that is unusable and the prospect of taking it apart again to get the old new belt off and replace with a correctly fitting one.
