After using for the first half of the bottle and then decided to compare the taste to regular Vitamin D milk. This dry milk looses the taste with cereal. Milk with cereal has a taste that adds to the cereal but this dry milk does not have that. To me it taste like the 2% milk and that is not Vitamin D milk. I had a bowl with this and one bowl with Vitamin D milk. I ended up throwing out the remaining bottle because I could not take the taste anymore. This is my experience, just do not like using 2% milk, taste like flavored water to me. **Q: A cup of milk has about 150 calories.
