Uno dei libri meglio scritti e coinvolgenti tra le autobiografie dei personaggi della moda.Diana Vreeland è in grado di far viaggiare il lettore nel tempo con dettagli e eventi puramente inventati, ma talmente credibili e verosimili, da sembrare reali. Da questo libro provengono tutte le citazioni che si devono alla protagonista indiscussa della storia della moda nella seconda metà del Novecento. Una visionaria, esagerata, eccentrica, a volte matta, ma autentica!Libro consigliato a chi vuole approfondire il tema o alle persone veramente curiose nei confronti dei retroscena della moda di un tempo.

Interessante trasposizione della vita di una grande donna, mi aspettavo di più ma si sa come sono le autobiografie, ma in definitiva risulta scorrevole e interessante con alcube storie legate alla società e divi degli anni 30/50.

Libro stupendo, la storia vista e raccontata dagli occhi eclettici e creativi della stessa Diana. Lettura estremamente consigliata se già si conosce questa donna geniale e si vuole leggere delle sua vita attraverso il suo filtro immaginativo.
