waste product dont buy
don't waste your hard money on this product, don't buy i received completely defective mat its roller and heating is not working. i received on 27 august same day i applied for return but amazon staff completely denied for refund and return . don't trust amazon products ... 00000000000 Rating

Neck and back massager
I highly recommend this product best chair head massager....

The product is very small size
The function is good but practically it won’t work out it’s very small in size now we have purchased it and we don’t even have a return option on it! It won’t fit for any of us in family!

Worth the buy
The neck massage and the leg one is great...the modes feel more or less the same...the body vibrations seem subtle...I would prefer a bit more stronger vibration for body point, specially on the back torso portion and the waist. It was a great solution for neck pain and stiffness muscles on the calf.

No quality
No Adapter to connect the massage chair to electricity. No user manual. Don't know if it works.

Not Effective
This is not effective. I bought it for a full body massage but it only massages the neck. Rest is only vibration. The wires are also too short, you can hardly take it from the plug to the bed or sofa.

Product is good for back and neck only . don't buy it your height is more than 5.6. Foot massager is useless.

The chair is quite uncomfortable to seat and the massage is also poor . This is waste of money . Don’t buy as these are non refundable.
