I've had constipation for years but after using this a week I'm starting to go regularly. You need to mix it and drink it quickly or it'll get thick. The taste is not bad, like oranges. There's not much of a sugar taste to it. The texture is a little gritty. The price is a little high but it works and that's what matters. It's easy on your stomach and no issues to digest. I would say it's good quality and worth the money. I highly recommend this to everyone.

My digestive track has made me feel bloated and a bit sore inside. I took this supliment and it went to work cleaning out the old pipes. (I am 69) There must have been alot of junk lining the insides. It started coming out and within a few days I actually feel normal now. I felt good enough to go back to the gym. The trick to using metamucil is to mix it quickly and drink it just as fast. It tends to turn into a geletin like material so don't wait to long to drink it. One interesting side effect is that I don't feel very hungry after I take it. I have been able to cut down my calorie intake through out the day. If you use this product keep a plunger handy.

I've been taking Metamucil for years. I enjoy the smooth one. It tastes pretty good and it can create a bit of gas. What I do before taking it is chew on 2 Beano tablets and drinking a bit if water behind the tablets. Then I drink the Metamucil in apple juice instead of plain water. Make sure to use a 1/2 teaspoon or less, it's your first time using the product,cand drink immediately!

This is a good fiber enhancement, easy to take. Sometimes I add to a smoothie . Be sure to drink plenty of fluids.

Needs to be mixed immediately after adding, but has good flavor and works well for what it is.
