Great alternative to cocoa
We've been using this carob powder to make little carob treats that are similar to chocolate pralines, and I can't fault it. I've not used carob before so can't compare it to any other brands etc, but as far as I can tell this is good, nothing wrong with the flavour, texture, colour etc. All good!

Delicious
This powder has a sweet, caramel flavour and with peanut butter makes my oats taste like toffee. Only after buying another brand, I realised how tasty this one was. Definitely will buy only this from now on.

Chocolate without being chocolate
I bought this to replace cocoa so my dogs would be safe if they stole brownies or chocolate cake. They also beg in a very cute way, so I wanted to be able to give them a little rather than refuse and get 'that' look all dogs give if they dont get a treat. Cocoa and chocolate is poison to dogs. This is a very good and safe substitute. Has worked perfectly in all bakes. Only slight issue is that quite a lot is in rock solid chunks which need to be pulverised in a Nutribullet first: a sieve isn't going to work. Apart from that, it's great.

My baby is not a big fan
Never heard of this product before starting my baby on solids. She's not a big fan, the taste is a bit strong and way too different that cocoa. Obviously, 2 different products, so can't really tell how is the quality. Wouldn't buy again though.

Decent alternative to chocolate!
Purchased for my daughter-in-law who loves chocolate but can no longer eat it. I am not sure how she is getting on with Carob as an alternative. Seems ok to me, luckily I can and do eat anything (and pretty much everything !)
