The product him self is great I really like it!The problem his that I missed two shelves and the back side is broken. What do I have to do?? Send it back to you or you can send me a new one and take back the broken one or you can give me money back and I’ll buy a new one

We received our shelves Friday, so delivery was great. There is nothing wrong with the item itself , but for the price of £99.00 you'd expect some screws & it to be assembled. I am not a DIY person so some instructions of some kind would of been handy . But they are lovely ... though I've not got them up yet to see them in there full glory .

This was a Prime product so I didn't expect it to take 10 days to arrive. Had I known I wouldn't have ordered it. It came via UPS from Spain, in a flimsy box that was all bashed and torn. There was no bubble wrap or packing of any kind inside the box. The wooden shelves were all loose inside the box, free to bash and scrape against each other and the frame. There are a few dents and scratches and faded areas where they obviously have been. They were all wet, probably due to the flimsiness of the box and the low temperature meaning frost had got inside the box.Far from the stated "express mounting", it came with no instuctions of any kind, no fixtures of any kind, and there are no holes pre-drilled. You'll have to buy your own screws/plugs/etc. If you are not the sort of person who is skilled at DIY, you might want to look elsewhere. I'm not bad, I've installed LED light fittings throughout my house, replaced all the sockets and light switches, installed laminate flooring and hung doors, but I'm scratching my head about what to do with this. I can easily drill holes through it and attach it to the wall, but it won't have the floating effect it has in the pictures, unless I cover the screws with the shelves. But then the shelves would permanently have to stay in those postions... Not exactly the "infinity of possibilities" the blurb suggests. Besides which it's fairly heavy, and unless you can go into brick or stud, you'd want a good few screws in this. More screws than there are shelves to cover them.On the subject of the shelves, the slats in the frame are not consistently spaced. The shelves are supposed to just slide in, but they are too slack in some of the slats, so droop downwards. Not a great look. The configuration of the shelves will be decided by which slats they are tight in, and not my personal preference. Disappointing all round.Could not recommend.

Not great. Arrived in a battered broken box, nothing inside to protect it from damage. When opened it was damaged in places. The shelves don't fit properly, the slats are inconsistently spaced so some shelves droop, others won't fit.Contacted them to send it back its too much hassle to return so will have to keep.

The box was damaged and the timber was snapped in two would not recommend this at all

I absolutely love this shelving. It looks amazing on the wall. My only gripe was 3 of the 4 shelves were not tightly fitting so I had to attach things to the top at the back to bring them level. Otherwise they were sloping forward. One shelf was very tight to get in so that was level and I would have preferred all the shelves to be like this. Otherwise my fittings cannot be seen so it wasn't a big problem and I love the shelves. Lovely natural colour.
