I thought I had ordered the granulated garlic so when it arrived I though it was a loss, but it's actually turned out better than fine. I have an old coffee grinder and I just grind the minced to powdered, as I need it. This is actually a better way for me, as now I have both in one product. The garlic is great 👍

I ordered two of the minced garlic 5 lb as I use it to keep the mole activity down on my property. So it didn't seem like a big deal that when I open the first one it was in balls and it was more orangish than the light yellowish that it should be. When I open the second one it was the same thing. I did not plan on using these for human consumption and thank God I wasn't because it seems to me that some type of moisture got into the container and just wrecked it.
