Is it possible to wear with a cycle helmet?

How does one get it back in the pouch?

Carefully fold up until it sits on the back of the pocket then turn pocket inside out. It's a bit fiddly but can be done.

Does this have any clips that attach it to the bike to stop it flying up in the wind?

No, it doesnt...but it is a very nice bit of kit

Is this really breathable? i already have a sudatek cape that makes my shoulders and back sweat so much that i could just ride in the rain without it

Actually I was shocked as I've had the same problem with capes sweating lods and lods I hated it but with this cape I have had no problem keeps me dry with out being drenched in sweat and I don't overheat in it I would defno recommend this cape hope this helps😁
