Berberine 98% Extract – 365 Micro Tablets – One A Day – Plant Based – Vegan – Made in Britain – SMUG Supplements

After researching extensively on Berberine I decided to give it a try for the metabolic support it offers. It has been over a week now and so want to let you know what I am experiencing. I have added Broccoli Sprout Extract and Berberine to my supplement stack and have noticed 1 improvement in digestion and GI motility. 2 Sugar cravings after meals has disappeared 3 the "muffin tops" that were growing have actually begun to shrink 4 I enjoy meals much more somehow 5 Cognitive function is much better, I am completing more tasks and faster. The pills are tiny and I use one with each meal I eat during the day. (2 to 3 meals a day) So far so good. I would recommend Broccoli Sprout Extract alongside the Berberine. All a calculated experiment so far, but the muffin tops are disappearing and I can remain focused on tasks easier and my GI Tract microbiome seems to like what I am doing. As with all food supplements, research all possible effects, the positive and the negative so that you can adjust for maximum benefit and comfort. The pills are tiny and in my humble opinion represent good quality and value for money.

Good value for bucks! Effective for blood glucose control

Just started using it, so I can't really tell how effective it is.

Very good value and it is good to help with blood sugar it is supposed to help with weight loss but I haven't found that and I have been taking it for a while

Arrived with good expiry date. Small tablets ok for me to swallow and not too bad taste if they need chewed.

This is fantastic it's am sleeping a lot better, my swelling in my knee has gone down and I have so much energy
