Since I can't have surgery to correct my left leg numbness, I tried this. I notice a definite positive difference in my gait and my foot has some sensation after I do a session!!

Feels cheap. The "acupressure" spikes look like the center of cheap plastic flowers. Very uncomfortable ava the heating pad is mediocre at best.

This one was only 20$ and just as good of quality as the others but it came with a bonus pillow which is great for shoulder pain and headaches and a bonus hearing pad

I ordered this after a series of "bad days" for my back. My favorite spot is sitting on my heating pad, and I go to the acupuncturist every few weeks. When I saw the ad, I thought why not give it a try? And it was cyber monday... It arrived today, and I already tested it for an hour, lying in bed. Felt good. Medium heat was comfortable, not too hot. You do have to be careful laying down and getting up without getting stabbed by the poky parts. I was wearing PJs. I wouldn't try this without clothes...

It does help to relieve some pain but it gets uncomfortable really quick

Surprisingly relaxing. I was skeptical when I pulled it out of the bag and felt how prickly the mat felt, but not only did I enjoy trying it out, but my family all tried it out and enjoyed the heated acupuncture mat and pillow. It does relax and soothe.

It came fast and product looks good. However, it does NOT heat. I tried to connect to customer care but found nothing. I tried different levels - Low, Medium and High. It simply does not heat. I left it for 30 minutes connected to check if I am doing anything wrong. But it heats just a little not as it claims to be. So, I am returning it.

I was advised by my doctor to use it for 20 min t at time . It does alleviates my sciatica pain. price is good for me, easy to use.
