Label for this power adapter matches the OEM power adapter that came with my MSI Titan 18 HX AI (2025). The only difference is the model number is ADP-400GB B instead of ADP-400CB B

Cheap replacement, already falling apart after 2 weeks.
Don't waste your money. I bought this to replace the factory MSI charger I received(my puppy chewed the cord) and the charger will randomly disconnect, reconnect even when I'm not moving. now, about 2 weeks after purchase, the cord has to be set in a VERY specific position to stay charging. If I wiggle the wire at all, it will show that it's no longer charging. It's not a port problem. I wouldn't waste your money.
