Hi.I purchased this item in February..you exchanged the first one without any problem but here i am again.I had cause to you use this item again..I tried it on a battery that had been in recent use and WAS NOT completely flat..It made no difference whatsoever..It looks like I have bought an expensive Torch.. please note.Item was FULLY charged before using it and I am a retired motor mechanic so I know what I am doing
