The picture arrived in good condition, no damage. It was smaller than I expected and as one other person wrote definitely has the quality of a mass produced product. The color is not a neutral grey its more of a blue grey, so heads up on that if you are looking for neutral. Its a little shiny too. Still looks ok on the wall, its nice and modern.
