It is difficult for the first time as u must add just a little bit of water and then apply to face quickly. But once you do it, it is nice! Definitely cools the face and is what I love from the Korean facial spas. The Korean spas put this on you after extraction to cool. So I love it! It’s what I have been looking for. Also cleans and brightens after the use. Good price too!

It was fun idk if i got everything i should have baught the x1 first to see what comes in it but yeah. Idk if ot did anything but part 2 is fun and part 1 smells nice.

Easy to mix and kinda easy to apply. The problem is trying to spread it evenly across your face. It sticks to the hard plastic spatula causing areas not easily covered and it ending up a bit uneven in areas. Peeling the thick areas was easy. But around and on my nose, chin, near my ears where i couldn't apply thickly was suck to my face. I spent over 5 minutes trying to carefully scratch it off with a fingernail not wanting to irritate the skin. I bought the collagen modeling pack and there was do difference after using this product skin didn't feel moisturized or plumper. It just was regular looking skin. Unlike the collagen or mucin products from other kbeauty companies.

I bought this thinking it would be a nice additive to my skin care routine. Not by a lomg shot. Mask is clumpy and thick, if you dont use it within 4-5 mins of making it is dries up to a clumped mess that not even adding hot water or serum can fix. 10/10 dont reccomend
