What is the jelling power of this agar agar?

I was making flan and the recipe called for 2/3 teaspoon and it jelled up perfectly like flan is supposed too. The recipe I used made 4 flan.

How can this product brand have zero carbs while other brands DO contain carbs?

Well the only ingredients is agar agar powder, so just dried and crushed agar. If it’s just agar than other brands probably add other ingredients to their agar.

Is it certified vegan?

I am not sure that it is certified--but there is some regulation on including "Vegan" in ones labeling if it's not vegan.--But, in short, I do not know for sure.
