Prevention better than cure
This potty smells beautifully with eucalyptus and can fit nicely in the cleft of a frog. I tend to pick and actually use my leftover water To scrub the foot first put in a bit of iodine and then put in the putty. It’s a really good precaution

didn't work for us - too soft and fell out of the crack
Our personal experience with this product was not the best. Bought at our farrier's recommendation to help seal up a seedy toe that just didn't want to quit. The time of year or the footing where we are could both have been factors against us, admittedly, but we found this was far too soft and would just come out of the crack we were packing it into. We put it on in the evenings so it had overnight to dry in place in the stable but it still came out, and we tried putting it on in the mornings too, so it was being applied to a dry hoof, but it would still fall out in the field promptly. This could be user error - we just did as the farrier instructed - but it didn't work for us. Three stars as I expect that in other conditions and for other uses it could do a decent job.

Produit acheter pour mon ane avec des seimes sur antérieur très facile manipuler car produit compact et élastique... a tenu tout la nuit au boxe et le lendemain toute la journée au paddock sous une pluie battantes et dans la boue rentrer le soir tout était toujours en place ! Affaire à suivre mais encourageante.. point négatif petite quantité pour prix élever !

Best thrush treatment I have found! And I’ve tried A LOT! My ottb is constantly battling thrush from our clay ground, but with this he actually gets relief. And the clay form makes it easy to pack in his heel sulcus. Little pricey but worth it to me with the effectiveness of this!
