Great System Upgrade.
Installed in my 2014 Ford EdgeLooks, Fit & works great. Installation was a breeze. After a disappointing purchase of a different system I bought a couple of years ago I spent a few more $$$ on this system and very pleased. Large screen display, easy to navigate. Back up cam very clear.

Is a great radio i highly recommend this product..is lot of good things about it..one of them is you can install your self no need to pay extra money for the installation. no need to cut any cables. no need spacial tools ..all the harnesses fit perfect if you need technical support easy to contact them ..the help you quickly..so every penny is worth it..if you want update you radio this is the best ..and radio looks highly quality no like the other ones look really cheap plastic..love it my new radio

Fantastic replacement for the stock radio!
It has been amazing having this in my Edge. I had a couple of issues with settings, but contacted the manufacturer and they helped me very quickly. Now that all of the settings are correct it is working perfectly!

Not quite as advertised
This product is very nice and seemingly easy to install. It didn't come with any instructions, just a cardboard pamphlet showing what gets plugged in and where. T says that you can still use the steering wheel buttons but mine no longer work. They give an email address and phone number for technician assistance but don't respond to emails, and when you call the number provided you always get the same person who isn't helpful at all and will hang up on you if you question the non helpful answer he gives you. When I use my auto start the language on my radio changes to Spanish. I will more than likely be sending this purchase back.

Android auto WILL NOT WORK... they still haven't answered my email about registering the warranty so, I'm not wasting my time emailing about android auto... if they ever reply to my first concern and, address this one, I'll change my review Edit... Android Auto works BUT, these units obviously do not run android 14... they need a 3rd party app to run AA. Anything after A9 has AA built in. Now I'm doubting the actual specs for the rest of the unit... will update again with more info
