I bought this so I could record work instructions that I use for work. It is so easy to use and stop when needed. Picks up all recordings and is very compact and sturdy. I would highly recommend this for any recording needed. It plays the recording to a high level so it is easy to listen to and play back.

Records and does what it says. Not the smoothest interface and quality is meh but better than phone so it’s whatever.

Although I have been involved in making a lot of high quality recordings in the past, I was not required to use this kind of digital voice recorder and have found what I have just bought from Amazon very difficult to operate. I even needed to ring your number to ask how to charge the recorder. After having been told to attach it to my desktop computer using the given USB cable, I left the recorder charging for two hours, as directed in the leaflet, but still could not get it working.I find the complex guidance leaflet hard to implement. If someone was able to show me how to follow the instructions, my current problems might well be solved and I would not have wasted my money, but I have now studied the leaflet several times and am getting nowhere. I find this disappointing, because I had wanted to put the recorder to regular use immediately.Can you recommend a voice-recorder that would be easier to operate?

Well designed, good quality, very simple to use. Good slide on off button and separate record button so does not start accidentally. Included micro sd card so not dependent on internal memory. Choice of file transfer by card or by cable, recharges during cable transfer. Better quality microphone than my mobile phone. Less fiddly to manage recorded files than by phone. Good compact size. Delighted with this very useful speech recorder. Files compatible with both my Windows computer and Chromebook, and was pleased to find it was easy to transfer using Chromebook to Google Drive and playback with no fuss on Google drive too. Easy to delete files on the card through the device connected to Chromebook too as files app opened automatically.
