I don't know if there's ever a time a person doesn't need help with lymphatic drainage. The herbs in here are perfect for that purpose and seem to work really well, if the tea is ingested regularly. This is a good way to get the herbs in, as it's digested better than something like tablets or capsules. It tastes a little blah, but that's just the nature of these herbs. I tend to combine it with a tastier tea to mask the taste. It's not a bad taste, just bland. It's well packaged and the pouch keeps the tea fresh for longer.

These tea bags are larger than a common tea bag, and this is evident after the tea absorbs water. The tea bag has four points and resembles a triangular pyramid, which helps the bag hold more ingredients. There is about 2.5 inches (64 millimeters) between points of the bag. I mainly steep my teas in cool, room-temperature water. With cool water it takes longer for the tea ingredients to transfer, but I am willing to wait. As I drink the tea throughout the day, and continually top off with new water, the taste gets stronger. The tea has a nice mellow flavor that doesn't overwhelm the tastebuds. The collection of ingredients is also visually appealing through the translucent tea bag.

This teabag is nice to have. The initial taste is like boiled vegetables, or some kind of leaves. After several refills, it tastes milder and more comfortable. As printed on the package, these pyramid shaped teabags contain a blend of 9 different herbs. Their names and functionalities are displayed in the description page. Although I cannot tell which one is which, I can see them through the net. There is an instruction on how to to use on the package. The tastes last more than 4 cups of refills.
