I don't use the mop but the vacuum is wonderful! The app is easy to use and it's so cool to see the routing. It has great suction and is thorough. Also, it doesn't bump into everything or make black rubber marks on the baseboards. Definitely a tremendous improvement over the old roomba.

It's a fantastic ally for the home, helping you free up valuable time. Its functions are very useful and its power is excellent.

I’ve been really impressed with the MOVA S10 robot vacuum. It has strong suction and does a great job picking up dust, crumbs, and pet hair from both hard floors and carpets. The LiDAR navigation maps the house quickly and cleans in neat rows, so it feels much more organized compared to older robot vacuums I’ve used.

Does it cleen o yes it cleans and it gets under some things that is great. setup was very easy and everything that's on the dreame s10 pro works with this one as I bought mom that one not the mop part only. Make sure you turn on all lights so it can see for the first time as it did miss a area and reset it did it again and it found everything. I moved all trash cans ottoman so it will clean there and when it's there it goes around it. It does not like dog toys and my dog alway have one or more out. So I do bathroom bedrooms hallways in the early morning and living areas and kitchen in the afternoon when I am home. It functions very well over carpets and I now know every where it can not get to and use my hand vac for those areas. When it is on carpet you will hear it as it kicks up the noise level so that is why I bypass carpet in master bedroom and I don't hear it but dog does. I bought it after black friday but still on sale and it's a steel for that price. I'm a contractor and I cant believe how much I talked about a silly little R2D2 vacuum but it works and works very good

We were upgrading from a 5 year robot vac from anther company. I was skeptical if we could get a vac a good as our old one for such a great price....and I was wrong...it's way better! It has far better suction, lidar and a mop. While maybe not the top of line version of the features, they are all features I didn't have and make for a far better cleaning/owner experience.

I’m very disappointed with the Mova S10 Robot Vacuum. Setup was straightforward, and the app was easy to install, but the performance has been extremely frustrating. After leaving it on the charger for three days, it only reached 58%. During its first use, it ran less than an hour before returning to the dock at 10%. Since then, it won’t charge past 30%, despite thoroughly troubleshooting—cleaning contacts, checking placement, resetting the unit, and verifying firmware. Nothing has resolved the issue. For a brand-new product, this is unacceptable and does not come close to the advertised 260-minute runtime. I expected reliability and convenience, but instead spent my weekend trying to fix something that should work out of the box. Based on my experience, this appears to be either a defective battery or charging system. I cannot recommend this product in its current condition.

Sleek design and can be tucked in under our nightstand, which saves so much space. The quick mapping process was easy, accurate and smooth process. The Dreame app is easy to use. This makes cleaning a breeze especially underneath beds and other furniture. Hair does not get entangled in the brush. The mop pad is washable and the water tank capacity is more than sufficient for cleaning one floor in our 1700 sqft home. The robot is also smart in detecting carpet and automatically lifts the mop and adjusts suction. Not advisable to use in smaller bath rugs as they move when robot goes through them. Overall, this product is excellent and impressive for this price range. May 2025 update: Purchased another one for another floor level in my home. This has the best suction power and multiple features for this price range. I love the carpet adaptation and carpet boost features, keeping the white carpet always tidy. The vacuum can get stuck in certain areas and you can set those as "no-go" zones. The only concern I have is having multiple devices in the app. When I added the new device, it deleted the previous one. I searched and found that you could only link one device per account, but you can use the device sharing to be able to access both. Could have been made more user-friendly in that aspect, but not everyone has multiple devices and there is a workaround so it's alright. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this product!

Incredible product for the price!!! Super easy to set up - got it up and running in less than 10 minutes. Mapping capabilities are simply amazing for a product in this price bracket. Suction on carpet is nothing to write home about, but that is expected on a robot vacuum. It at least helps my carpet last a bit longer before my weekly deep vacuuming with a shark vacuum.

I found a great deal on a robot that didn’t cost me a lot. Easy instructions make it simple to connect the robot to my WiFi. The app is user-friendly, and most importantly, the vacuum works very well. I haven’t tried the mopping function. ***Updated Review*** From 5 to 4 stars - After four months of using the S10, I noticed that it doesn’t pick up most of the hair on the carpet. I still haven’t used the mopping function, but since the unit can’t lift the mop, the cloth underneath it collects all the dirt and hair. You might not want to run it while watching TV because the vacuum is quite loud.

This little robot has changed my life. It does an exceptional job in moping and vacuuming. I love that I can set the direction of my hardwood planks to avoid streaking. Love the schedule function and the auto detect for carpets. My house has never been cleaner! This little guy has saved me hours of cleaning my large home and given me time back to spend with my family. Thank you! I can't say enough good things about it - its packed with amazing features. I'll be looking to upgrade in the future, but mova has my full confidence! Exceptional product. Update 2 months later: still loving it and bought an upgraded one (p20 pro ultra) for my main floor. This guy does my upstairs daily. Has been consistently great. Only issue I've had is that the water tank has cracked near the plug where water goes in. Looking for a replacement.
