I'm primarily an amazon shopper so the added convenience and cost savings has allowed me start using my Nespresso machine again. I've had two pods that were defective out of 50 which is no big deal to me as I have experienced the same failure with OEM. I would recommend and will continue to order.The only con I noticed is that the plastic used is bit tougher than the metal used for the OEM pods. you have to use a bit more elbow grease while loading the machine, but not to the point where it feels overly forced or detrimental to machine. I agree with other reviewers that the five star reviews are written by employees or are at least not people who really know anything about good coffee. The coffee is watery and does not have the viscosity of true espresso like the Nespresso cups do. I tried these cups on both my Citiz at home and my Pixie at the office and had the same reult. Comparing the HiLine cups to the Nespresso you see that while the Nespresso cups are entirely smooth foil, the HiLine cups are plastic with a bulky foil cover on the top.
