It smells like a fermented rice which is good but not everyone may like it

The packaging is way too small and it doesn’t say anything in ingredients list as it was mentioned on Amazon. I am actually sceptical to use it in my skin as it doesn’t look like anything I saw on Amazon. I am putting up the images of both bottles to show no ingredients listed.
