I’ve been taking these consistently for a couple of years now and these work wonders. I used to have stomach problems and my doctor recommended I take probiotics to try to balance my gut biome. This did it. I very rarely have any gut issues like I used to. Everyone is different, of course, but if you’re in the market for some probiotics, I do recommend trying these.

I started taking this probiotic back in 2023 to help with my overall digestion, and it has made a slight difference. Before, I was bloated and experienced discomfort after consuming milk or cheese, but since using this supplement, those symptoms have significantly reduced so it’s really effective. The quality is great, it’s gentle on my stomach, has no taste and easy to take daily. I honestly believe this is the best probiotic that there is!! I have used many brands and this is my go to.

These weren’t bad but weren’t anything special. They are helpful with their intended purpose but I have found that there are more effective ones than these. Not disappointed at all I just found things that work better for me than these. Definitely worth giving these a go and if they work well for you hopefully you find a new staple within your wellness care.
