Drink this
I first tried this in a health food cafe and it was love at first sip. Larger cafe chains sell chai latte that is laden with unnecessary sugar so I was delighted to find this on Amazon. The multi pack is excellent value, an entire tub costs less than the one drink bought in a cafe. Maybe one day other cafes will stock it but, until then, I will just have to enjoy it at home with a good book.

Gone from my supermarket!
The "free from" variety disappeared from my local stores sometime last year and I've been obliged to drink the pink version which is far too sweet. For some reason it is more cost-effective to buy 6 small tins than one large one, no matter where I look, but small tins have the added benefit of staying fresh and dry - I may enjoy it but it would take some time to get through a kilo of the powder. I have to add some of my own spices to this version to give it the same punch that I associate with the pink version, but it's worth it to avoid the sugar overload.

yum, yum, yummy!
Cheaper way of making my favourite drink at home. I would recommend you making it into a paste with some milk first and then filling with warm milk otherwise it doesn't always mix well. I make this on our Nespresso Lattissima Touch EN550.B using the milk from there. I use Soya milk and its yummy every time.

Bitter taste
I love chai tea and was delighted to find a sugar and dairy free version, however it tasted awful. Instead of sugar it has stevia in it which I don’t like as it tastes bitter.

I would recommend and will be ordering more
I'm enjoying this as I have recently gone gluten and dairy free. I just add coconut milk or soya milk according to taste. I generally only use 2 teaspoons tho rather than the 3 it says to use on the side of the pot. I would recommend and will be ordering more.

Nasty, chemically aftertaste.
This product was as described, but is a really poor substitute for a chai containing real sugar. The artificial sweeteners sit on the tongue and linger in the aftertaste. It’s really quite unpleasant. Very chemically tasting. I’ve had two cups so far and won’t be ordering it again. In fact, I’ll probably struggle to finish it (I have my first cup away)

Dairy free, but left teeth fuzzy
Nice to find something milk free. If you follow the instructions, I find it lumps as you'd adding the powder and takes more effort than I'd hoped to mix. It also leaves a bit of a funny feeling on teeth.

A change from regular tea!
An acquired taste but a nice change from regular tea when you get used to taste. I like to experiment with flavours and cakes etc, I intend adding some to a cake for an extra bit of flavour! I think it would make an interesting flavour added to home made rice pudding too!
