Nice quality tea pot
Overall really like it, good capacity, pours well, looks good. Lid a little awkward to get off until you get the hang of it. Pour teabags and old tea out side with slot for lid or messy.

Recently purchased this teapot as a gift for my daughter and it is absolutely beautiful, she will be thrilled to bits. Ordered and arrived earlier than expected, I am over the moon

A wonderful joyful teapot
I had a small issue and Finchley Enterprises went above and beyond to sort it out, brilliant example of a great company who puts customers first. The teapot is such a beautiful colour, it feels cheerful. It stays warm for ages and holds a lovely amount of tea. The pour on it is great too, no dribbles everywhere. Recommended.

Looks nice but pours awful
Bought this for our coffee mornings and very disappointed. Design lovely but practically not good. The teabags get stuck in the opening from inside to the spout which makes pouring the tea spurt and splutter from the spout meaning tea goes all over

Badly packed
The first teapot sent was very badly packed and the teapot lid was smashed to pieces. This has been returned. The second teapot was correctly packed in an Amazon box and was in tact. It is a lovely teapot.

Love my teapot
I do like a good cuppa and I can get 4 cups out of this pot. I love a tea pot and this was cute and good value for money.

Nice teapot ; bad packaging
Badly packed, got damaged during transport .. will try to get a replacement .

Really bad pourer.
Bought this because it looked very nice and fitted my kitchen bee theme and from a good maker. I used it first with water to see how it poured and it was okay, however when I put teabags in it was a total disaster just wouldn't pour without spluttering everywhere. As I had already thrown packaging away, as I thought it was okay it now has joined my collection of teapots on my windowsill. Very disappointed.
