Works great

This did not work with my iPhone 15Pro. I went around and around with the printed instructions, live chat and website instructions. I spoke with the company's tech support and they were unable or unwilling to help. Today I saw on the box it only works up to iPhone 13 ProMax. I still cannot find where it says that on the Amazon page. It was only used to see if and how it works. That's a pretty essential little bit of info that they left off the description! I am returning it.

I have used Clikfree backups for years until my old one became obsolete. I did not realize this backup just did photos and videos. I did not need that, so I returned it. Otherwise it seemed like it was good quality if backup of of photos was what you need.

While advertising makes it sound simple, it not fully the case. The instructions provided are not clear cut and if your not computer savvy, this may prove a bit difficult. The instructions are only for computer download. It does not mention that you will also need to install software to your phone to download and transfer the pictures to your computer or drive.You'll need to do this for each phone you want to use it with.The phone software once installed does not have clear instructions and you need to figure it out as you go. Once you do, you may find some pics do not transfer the first time and you may need to do it again before it works.Over all, this is ok, but it does not have quite the ease of use as other formats currently available.

Product is fantastic and truly worth the wait. I should have ordered a long time ago. It’s so versatile and does so many important things, it’s amazing how much easier it’s made my storage process. I strongly recommend Clickfree to anyone who wants to make his or her life easier!!
