Anyone know what the warranty on this thing may be and how to get it serviced?

Mine came without packaging, lanyard, charger or manuals. Even after buying the correct charge cable it won't charge. Emailed the seller and never got a response. DO NOT RECCOMMEND

Does anyone else's spotlight shut off after about 20 seconds? Every time?

Yep! Fully charged and works about 10 seconds on high. Immediately switching to low beam allows it to stay on for good. Out of warrantee which is on year so basically stuck with what otherwise would be a good light.

Does this light charge by USB or the original charging option?

Yes, this unit charges via a USB power-in/power-out

Can i get a new battery for this

inot sure but mine has lasted over 1 year and still working good,usually when you need a new rechargable batteries,it is cheaper bying a new flashlight
