Received, unpacked; Packaging very good, only a reasonable amount of plastic, mainly cardboard. Set is very complete, well made and the main challenge will be installing the cameras around the house. We choose the cable (not WiFi) 1HD-version, which is a little more hassle to lay cables, but is in my experience more reliable and safer ( WiFi can be easily disturbed) and access to power for each of the cameras easier. We have not installed the system yet (update later),but first impressions are absolutely 5*. More to follow ( should we not fall of the ladders )....Update a few hours later: after climbing ladders ( which I delegated to my teenagers) all went well and installation was easy. After connecting everything the system set itself up within seconds and works! I am an electronic dummy, TV and Internet is always a challenge for me, but this is REALLY easy! You really only need to stick things together (which you also can't get wrong!) and the rest is history. Picture excellent, system great! Very happy, recommended!Update: had a tiny little issue with one camera - Melissa from customer Service dealt with that swiftly and sent me a new camera! Don't even have to send the other one back! This again proves one fact: a Product is only as good as the support and customer care is - in this case excellent!Update: we now had 48hrs of storms, snow, hail, extreme rain etc. All 4 cameras are exposed to the weather. Absolutely NO PROBLEM - these cameras are absolutely weather proof!

I is well packaged and easy enough to assemble if you have the right gear. Bye with the hard drive fitted.Their after sales service is pretty good.

Good crisp picture even at night. Very easy to set up. Convenient built in screen which saves on bills and unsightly extra wires.Like it a lot.

I’m totally unavailable to set it with my route. Poor software and code from Email not working. Unacceptable, that a Cctv company just selling their product but not updating the software.Poor night vision, led flash the wall and it’s too bright near the camera, can’t see anything other then the flashing light.I sent it to my country to set up for my house. Now it’s impossible for me to return this device.My request to the Amazon seller, please pass this information to the supplier so that they solve the software problem.

Third Sannce system I have bought.Fantastic for the money.Camera quality is great,easy to set up and use.Customer service is the best bit.Always answer your emails and cannot do enough for you.

Had the system installed and no issues, great system and the built in screen is an excellent idea.

Monitor does not work!!! Wasted my money should have bought without one as had to pay 36.99 to get a monitor to view cameras.Not impressed with customer services at all. Bad buy for me.
