I'm returning it as I was led to believe it was made in the USA from the other answer. I'll try and post a picture. **Q: Why is this item a "subscribe and save" item? Does it break that often?** A: I have had mine for 5 years and I use it every single day and put it in the dishwasher every day and it has never broken. Great quality! If you slam it against something in the sink I am sure it will break like any other glass but it will last a very long time if you take care of it and use it as intended. **Q: How do you get the leaves out and do they steep all the time they are in the pot?** A: I keep the leaves in until the top is empty -- i usually drink it all over 24 hours. Then I dump the leaves into the trash or compost pile. The lid/filter is very easy to clean. I use a dish brush, and it take 5 seconds. I have had mine 3 years and love it -- i dropped it today, though, and it broke. I am buying another one today. : ) **Q: Are there any plastic parts that come into contact with the hot water or tea? Is this all Stainless Steel & Glass?** A: yes, all stainless steel and glass ## Frequently Bought Together - Rishi Tea Simple Brew Teapot - For 12oz Loose Tea Preparation, Built-in Strainer, Everyday Teaware, Easy to Clean, Borosilicate Glass, Enjoy Hot or Iced Tea - 400ml - Rishi Tea Cinnamon Plum Herbal Tea - Organic, Caffeine Free Loose Leaf, Warming & Naturally Sweet - 16 Ounces, 45+ Servings - Rishi Tea Turmeric Ginger Herbal Tea - Organic Loose Leaf, Caffeine Free Ayurvedic Digestive Blend with Spicy Ginger & Citrus - 16 Ounces, 55+ Servings --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.kr/products/67204483-simple-brew-loose-leaf-teapot-400ml](https://www.desertcart.kr/products/67204483-simple-brew-loose-leaf-teapot-400ml) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Korea* *Store origin: KR* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
