Excellent product. I am very pleased with this product. It doesn’t hurt my stomach when I drink it at night before going to bed. It makes me drowsy with 8 minutes. If I take 2 capsules makes me sleep throughout nonstop. I’ve a lot energy in the morning. I highly recommend to anyone. I am ready to purchase another bottle.

I sleep a lot better when I take these. Only down side is that you have to take 2 and they are on the larger size.

I purchased this magnesium supplement for the second time, and I’m very pleased. This time I chose the “Deep Calming” version. I thought it might make me sleepier than the first one I tried, which didn’t have that label. Interestingly, the first one actually seemed to help me sleep more, but that could just be due to my current life and anxiety levels. Regardless, this is a wonderful product. The quality is excellent, and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend it — it’s a fantastic supplement that I’m happy to include in my routine.

I seem to sleep much deeper, but I wake up three or four times covered in sweat . I don't do this. I don't take the pill.
