The thickness is strong and easy to put into place. The separate stick-on tape seals strong make sure it is where you want it to be placed. I have them in every room, and even the bathroom. I did not notice any smell with this product. I have ordered several times and will do it again. If you want to soundproof with a nice appearance this will do it.

They did a good job, not an incredible job, but still very good. Considering it cost 40 bucks and took about 3 minutes to install, it was absolutely worth the price. I just bought more so I can do a second room with em. The stickiness works well, I'm mostly using them on doors and none of them have budged despite the swinging.
