Great stand-alone security camera set. The value of this set is incredible, especially since I didn't need to subscribe to anything to use it. The free software is very usable with all of the needed features and settings not hidden behind a paywall. You can access battery usage, signal strength, adjust detection sensitivity, human detection, record quality and time, audio or light alarms, speaking through the camera, color or black & white night vision, movement of camera pod and zooming, adjust sound settings and probably more I haven't figured out yet, all from the app without having to subscribe to anything. There is "AI analysis" available with a subscription but I haven't used it. Connectivity was easy, download the app, scan the QR code on the camera...a few more steps I don't recall. Install an inexpensive 32gb MicroSD card. To mount them I took a scrap piece of 5/4 x 6 composite decking, screwed the camera mount to the face near the bottom, solar panel near the top. Drilled two holes to put a zip-tie through to hold the wire. Screwed the deck board to an old steel fence post with three or four screws. Screwed the steel post to a 4x4 PT fence post. Done. Works like a champ. Problem: I had one camera stop responding after about 5 months. I contacted ieGeek customer service with details of my problem. They responded the next day with a short list of valid troubleshooting ideas. I tried and retried them to no avail. I sent them an email with my results and they responded quickly letting me know that they were sending me a new unit via Amazon at no cost. New camera arrived 4-5 days later. I switch out the MicroSD, logged it onto the app, slid the new camera onto the old mount and we were back in business. Their customer service was top notch. Now that I know they will back their product, I will likely begin purchasing more. I may even order a spare incase one goes down I can easily switch it out and have it replaced under warranty.

Worked great right out of the box. Easy to install and hook up to our internet. The clarity is great and the app to control its movement is smooth and user friendly. Night vision is clear and the small spotlight works great. The motion sensor is spot on and the alarm work great too. This is my 3rd igeek camera and this company has always delivered a quality product.

Over-all this is a good product for the price. Only been using for 2 weeks inside. We just installed the camera outside, and waiting to see how it performs in the cold, snow, and rain. For the price, to get a PTZ camera this is good deal. One negative is the digital zoom. The video quality drops to almost worthless, when zooming, even a bit. The over-all wide view give a sharp image. Another negative is the batter (And charging) software. Only shows a tiny icon of the battery status. It would be nice feature if they added to the APP showing that the device is indeed charging off the solar panel and how much charging. The APP does have a graph that shows "power" as a percent, also confusing that APP indicate running on battery, but never shows any other status, but on battery. Another con is that this camera can not be used with an NVR and only can report to the cloud, and requires a subscription. It would have been nice even if they provide a video storage to FTP feature. Our location is very remote, often experience sub zero temps, high winds, snow and freezing rain, so we are hoping this camera can perform, as advertised as ISO compliant for weather. At this point, we impressed with the camera and how it works. Recommend taking a roll on this camera (easy to set up and at the price point) for PTZ functionality pretty impressive. We gave it 4 out of 5 due to some of the APP issues and having to use their cloud to store video.

The initial camera setup was straightforward and the camera connected to my wifi quickly. The video quality is very sharp. One of the reasons for my purchase was the notification feature and their app motion notification works very well. The solar charging is an added bonus as the battery always stays charged. After a couple of months of use, I had an issue with my camera not turning on. I have four ieGeek cameras and this was the only unit that I had any issues with. I contacted ieGeek customer service and my experience with customer service was excellent. They immediately responded to my emails and sent a replacement camera within a couple days. I appreciated the prompt response by ieGeek support service.

Faster shipping and service. Installed it straight away and like the quality of the camera. App instruction is on point and clearly explained. Will get another one soon.
