I was very pleased with this lipstick. It goes on very smoothly and opaque on the first swipe. It does remain slightly tacky for a while but does hold up. I had to use straight jojoba oil to get it off! Eating oily foods will begin to remove and smear it. The picture is after a full meal with soup, salad, and hibachi (and me consistently drippling sauce onto my lips).

I used the white lipstick on my upper lip and about half of my lower lip, and had it on for 12 hours for a pub crawl, eating, drinking (alot….and not just with straws, but full lip against the glass/beer/liquor hitting lips) and was totally fine. I even ate 1/4 bag of sunflower seeds—seed by seed, and had no issues. I did reapply it once, but only so it was perfect/fully vibrant and that was after 7 hours but not necessary. The online instructions said to put moisturizer on first, then put on the lipstick, but that didnt make any sense to me because how would it be smudgeproof. The box didnt say to do that. So i didnt add any. Also, before using it on my lips, i did a test strip on hand. The strip lasted all night in my sleep, all through doing laundry in morning, and through my shower (i didnt scrub it but took shower head and brought it to hand and let it hit the strip at point blank range for a minute straight)….didnt weaken. I had also made a second strip at same time, so one strip was plain lipstick, one strip was lipstick with setting powder over it. Both strips held up the same, but the plain lipstick one you could see more fine line/wrinkles in it, and the setting powder one didnt have that, but both looked great and could only tell because i was looking closely at it. Neither one could be smudged unless i really forcefully tried. At the end of my night of costume wear, i was able to scrub it off with some force with makeup remover wipes. It really held up well and i was pleasantly surprised. All that being said, idk if id like it for normal everyday lipstick or anything, i mean im sure it would work, but its very matte and i really prefer a glossy texture. Because I was in costume i wasnt testing how my lips felt and i wasnt smacking/rubbing my lips together, but i would imagine itd be very icky feeling to me. Not moisturizing. But for costume/show purposes this is great. Very easy to apply. Not sticky. No transfer onto cups/glasses. Perfect.

I purchased this lipstick expecting a true non-transferable formula, but it didn’t perform as advertised. It smudges quickly and leaves noticeable marks on cups, which is frustrating—especially since I love wearing bold red shades in the winter. Sadly, this product missed the mark for me, and I won’t repurchase. Truly yours, Disappointed in Red!

Ordered this as a backup in case the name brand lipstick I ordered didn’t make it in time (it didn’t). This one survived a 4 band metal show, drinks, and the massive meal after. Dries matte, no transfer, barely sticky, one coat, great color. Get this one, not the name brand.
