These snacks are made using a significant amount of cauliflower in addition to potato, which results in a healthier bag of crisps that are also very tasty. We tried the variety pack, which comprises four bags each of mango chilli, smoky chorizo and pepper & lime. We liked all flavours, albeit the mango chilli probably has the edge if I had to choose a single flavour. The crisps are bowl-shaped and so a great option to team with dips as a more fulsome snack; we served bowls at a buffet and they were a hit. Whilst cauliflower accounts for 28% of the ingredients, these are simply just good snacks rather than obviously snacks that have been made using cauliflower. We couldn’t tell the difference in texture or flavour vs the more traditional potato-based options and will be getting more. Update: we have been back for more after a short gap and win’s leave it so long next time. They taste fabulous.
