A: I am left handed. Knives are symmetrical along the blade axis. there is no difference for left or right handed people.

**Q: will it cut frozen food**
A: Hi yes the knife will cut frozen food.But watch your fingers with the knife very sharpe.

**Q: Is this knife good for frozen foods**
A: I doubt this knife is good for frozen foods.  It's not as good as the original Kitchen Devil which I bought 15 years ago.  Seems rathersluggish when even cutting  bread.  I shall hang on to my old one.

**Q: would this knife cut through frozen food**
A: It's probably sharp enough but cutting through frozen food requires pressure and as the blade is 2 sided there is nowhere to safely apply that pressure.

Always a great addition to the kitchen knife collection, the fine serrated edge lasts for years and is the best bread and tomato cutter you can get, the other edge is good for carving meats etc and the points to pick anything off of the cutting board. I’ve had one for about 25 years and it still cuts bread well the second is 6 years old. Highly recommended though not the only knife you will need.
