Very sturdy and well made. Good packing and fast shipping. Just waiting for that ole bobcat to take the bait instead of eating our chickens!

Pretty easy to set up for the most part but the trigger is crap. Not sure if they welded the arm wrong or what but it's almost impossible to connect the plate to the door, and even more impossible to get a dog to trigger it once it's set. Smeared liverwurst all over the edge of the plate, all over the back of the trap, and still couldn't get enough pressure on it to drop with a medium to large stray dog. Glad I got a discount on this because if I'd paid full price I'd be pretty angry. Update: So we finally got the trigger to work and it did trap the dog but she easily escaped and destroyed my garage. So yeah. I hate leaving bad reviews for things but this thing is just not worth it.

Caught something 1st night , but it opened the door on the door on the back side and walked away after it was trapped . The back door does not lock in place !! No instructions and my box was opened.

Not sturdy enough to hold a medium to large size dog. I trapped two wild dogs that thrashed to the point of escape by squeezing back through the trap door. Even after attempting to reinforce the cage after the first escape. Not recommended.

Price wise these traps are good value for money, this seems to be the biggest trap I could buy, if only they were higher. Certainly good enough for some wandering stray dogs.

Whatever got into this so called trap. Got out.
