Great bike for the money
Bike looks great. My daughter was very happy. It was a pain to put together. The tool kit was missing and the mud guards were squashed and out of shape. I contacted customer service and they sent a tool kit out a couple of days later so was very happy with their customer support.

DANGEROUS, NOT FIT FOR ANY CHILD. poorly made, not at all as described. Totally different from pictures and description, ten days after returning still not refunded. AVOID

Good looking,generally seems to be sturdy, although the accessories a little fragile-seems they're low quality. Fairly easy to assemble, but took some time.Overall I think it's okay

Absolute rubbish...!! Do not buy..!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Do not buy this bike..!!! Very cheap, parts don't fit together. Shocking that this is allowed to even be sold, it's not fit for anything other than the bin...!!! Trying to return and get a refund but its proving difficult.

Very disappointed
Customer service was great but bike was awful. It is not packed correctly so twice I received broken bikes that had to be shipped straight back.

Never buy this bike is Hazard in waiting
The bike is 100%inferior not UK standard and poor customer care from seller. The seller has got no shame , zero care about the health and safety of the potential buyers
