What I ordered was what I received

Great ball valve, it comes disassembled so that you can arrange it in the way that works best for your set-up. It also comes with plumbers tape for you to wrap it before you assemble it. Tighten it down well and you won’t have any leak problems. It is very easy to use, a great value and highly functional from the nozzle. I’d recommend this product to anyone in the pressure washing game!

Pretty poor build quality. Worked amazingly for a while (about a month- 20 ish hours). Has now started to consistently leak (through the female QC not the threads. Seems like the ball valve does not close 100%). O-rings need to be replaced very frequently. The original one that it came with popped completely out of it, along with every new one i’ve put in so I can no longer get achieve a seal with my quick connects. The steel is somehow beginning to rust and corrode? I have not downstreamed any chemical through the valve- only water. I could recommend this if you’re using it strictly for your home, but definitely wouldn’t recommend for business use. As always, i’ve left a two star instead of a one star review as this could always just be a one-off bad product in the batch. Proceed with caution.

A must have! This Awesome Ball Valve is worth every penny! When you have a pressure washer surface cleaner, just attach to your handle on cleaner, when finished, turn ball valve off, disconnect, leave power washer running, open slowly to power rinse off driveway residue with ball valve or attach your wand and open ball valve to use!
