So these are pretty fantastic. They do take a long time to get warm, and must be kept covered by clothes to retain heat since they are thin. The sticker is A+ and held on great. It lasted way longer than the 12 hours, and closer to 24. I get migraines and heat across my shoulders helps. Stuck it to my PJs and this way out performs thermacare wraps. Next time I go camping these are coming too. These would be perfect at the bottom of a sleeping bag to keep your feet warm. Absolutely will repurchase.

Works great and does gets hot. This is very good for aches and pains as well as fights the cold.

Necessity for cold days in woods. Just 2 of thes and a light jacket and you’re good to go. They last long also.
